Step 1

 

At first we have to take a new file with 200 pixel width and 150pixel height. The resulation should be 72 and background color should set as  white.

Now take your picture as you like. You can also find here which one I use, by clicking here.

 

Step 4

Now erase the whole background with erase tool (E). And do it like that.

Step 5

 

Now drag this picture to your previous file. You will see something like that.

Press ctrl+t and adjust the picture to the frame like that.

Step 7

 

Now create a new layer by clicking the create a new layer button. Keep the layer under your picture layer.

 

Step 8

 

Now open the info pallet. And select the rectangle marquee tool.

Step 9

 

Select the layer 1.Drag a selection from the above of the margin keep it width 200 pixel and height 51 pixel. You can take help of info pallet to adjust the height and width.

Click your foreground color pallet to and select the color #edeff4.

Step 11

 

Select the bucket tool (G) and click in the selection.

 

Step 12

 

Now press ctrl+D to deselect the selection. Again click on the foreground color and select the #d8dfea. Now select the line tool .

Step 13

 

Draw the line between two color layer where the two layer touch one another.

 

Step 14

 

Now again click on the foreground color pallet and select the #ffffff select the rectangle tool and draw a rectangle at bottom of the picture & move your picture slightly upward. Named the layer as bottom.

Step 15

 

Now create a new layer by clicking create a new layer button. Named it as round. Select the round layer and select the elliptical marquee tool. Select the father 1px.

Now draw elliptical selection like the picture.

Go to foreground color pallet and select # 000000 & select the paint bucket tool and click in the selection. You will get a effect like that..

 

Step 18

 

Press ctrl+d to deselect the picture. Keep it under the bottom layer and picture layer. Place it under the bottom layer but keep it slightly visible from the upper side of the bottom layer. Please see the picture.

Step 19

 

Now press ctrl+t for free transform selection. Stretch the round layer both side. Set the layer opacity at 60.

 

Step 20

 

Now let’s add some text. I use Aril black, and color # 6a6a6a.

Step 21

 

Now you have to make the text rasterize. For that go to layer pallet right click on the text layer select Rasterize Type.

 

Step 22

 

Now go to edit>transform>distort.

 

Step 23

 

Transform the text as like me.

Step 24

 

Press enter.
